Digital agreement

Once a draft is approved, a professional tenancy agreement is sent to all parties to be signed and stored securely online. No printing required.

The tenant's deposit is secured and registered with the government backed Deposit Protection Scheme. Certificates will be sent to you and your tenant.

Rent is collected and transferred to you within 5 business days of the rent due date. Late payments are managed and we keep you informed.

£30,000 Rent Protection

If a tenant fails to pay and remains in your property, your rent (up to £2,500 per month), is protected for non-payment for up to 12 months.

We can settle end of tenancy deposit disputes quickly, with an intermediary resolution service that works with both parties fairly.

No late payments

You'll receive your full rent within 5 business days of the rent due date every month, even if the tenant fails to pay.

Dedicated property manager An experienced, qualified and dedicated property manager to handle the day-to-day management of your rental property and provide a first point of contact throughout the tenancy.


Property inventory A property inventory and schedule of condition report produced by an inventory clerk, providing valuable documentation which can be relied on later in case of any condition or deposit disputes.


Annual rent review At the point of renewal a review of market rents and valuation report, including suggested rental amount adjustments based on expert market evaluation, with negotiations held directly with tenants.


Monthly statements and invoices Monthly financial management statements, including rent received, deductions, fees, maintenance costs, and float balance on account, along with copies of all invoices.


Quarterly property reviews Quarterly calls with your dedicated property manager to discuss our service levels and property management performance, plus address any issues or concerns, and gather landlord feedback.


Tenant communication Providing the first point of contact for tenants, dealing with enquiries, answering questions, and directing tenants to appropriate sources of information and tools.

You have a dedicated property manager who can save you time and stress by handling tasks like maintenance, organising and progressing contractors, triaging, and prioritising tenant queries, and maintaining legal compliance. They can also help you to maximise your rental income by regularly reviewing and setting appropriate rental rates throughout the tenancy and reducing void periods when a tenant leaves.

Your tenant will be instructed how to report issues through our partner platform, Fixflo. Your property manager will be notified and the appropriate action will be taken. Issues are automatically triaged and in cases of emergency are redirected to the Home Emergency Cover. (This cover is included in your monthly premium).

Legislation is constantly changing within the letting industry and we strive to keep ahead of these changes. We notify our landlords of new rules and regulations and work together to ensure you and your property are always compliant, including regularly reviewing and updating your tenancy agreements to reflect any legal changes.

As part of the Complete Plus plan, we provide a secure key box, issued to you once you sign up to the plan. You would be responsible for organising the installation of this in a secure place. In the absence of the tenant facilitating access, a spare key will be left in here for contractors using a unique code. This can be reset after each contractor visit if needed.

Complete Rent Protection means that you rent will be paid within five working days of the due date, regardless of whether your tenant pays or not.
