Excellent service very professional great communication, can't fault the service, would recommend.
Faster and cheaper
Faster and cheaper than using a local agent to let my property. As long as you have the time to carry out the viewings and willing to do some photos and advertising text its a good company to deal with.

Good service and fair. We had a chat with the consultant to ensure we met the criteria before we went ahead with the referencing process to avoid loss of funds. They are very quick and do not keep you waiting for long.

Very easy process.
I have never let my property before using an agent, therefore, slightly apprehensive! I must say (so far) the process has been incredibly easy. The staff member I have had contact with has been excellent. Answer any query fully and no question is too small to deal with. The response to my emails has been very quick and fully answered with professional ease. I am very very pleased...... my property has been advertised today so I would like to write more once I am further into the whole letting thing.So far though, nothing but praise, excellent value for money and feel in good hands. Thank you!!
Life Made Easy
Wanting to get a property on-line and available for rental as soon as possible, I input all my information on-line, checked out a few things using the on-line chat forum and was advised to put in as much information as possible. When I got to uploading photographs I had a few problems with the sizes of some. After making a phone call and fortunately getting the same individual, who had remembered me from the day before on-line chat, he kindly offered to re-size and upload my photos for me. He also gave me advise on floor plans and uploaded the EPC from the National database. I e-mailed the photos on to him and soon afterwards he contacted me to give me the opportunity to check out the content and look of the advert. What a breeze it all became, and only thanks to the very kind man who is evidently an asset to this company. I would have no hesitation in recommending the process and highly commend the support given by the staff if they are all like this one.
