Bathroom is a modern bathroom with a shower fitted over the bath, small storage area under the sink and a heated towel rail. The bathroom also benefits from a double-glazed window and tiled flooring.

It has decked flooring as you come out of the sliding patio doors and a sturdy 10x10 shed at the end of the garden. There is a compost bin at the bottom of the garden on the left and a water barrel attached to the guttering on the front, right hand size of the shed.

At the front of the house there is a space where you can park your car in front of the living room window which is on the right of the house.
