How do I receive enquires from tenants?
Tenants can book appointments to view your property either by calling our office on 0333 577 8888 - 7 days per week or by arranging a viewing online 24/7. Once a tenant has registered their interest in viewing your property we will automatically send you a text message and email alert.
Who shows the tenant around the property?
We are able to service your letting requirements at such great value because we feel landlords can carry out their own viewings to save thousands of £’s a year in letting fees. We do offer a viewing service to help those more central locations so speak to our team to get a quote.
Can I advertise using my own contact details?
No. Our service includes pre-vetting of all tenants before a viewing can be arranged and therefore, any enquiries on your property must be received by our office and we will contact you with the viewing arrangements. From then on, you may exchange contact information if you wish.
What is included in our tenant referencing?
We assess 4 key areas namely; financial stability; affordability; previous landlord reference and an employers reference. We can ensure that each tenant is thoroughly background checked before advising to proceed with a tenancy.
