When letting a property, there are a number of legal processes that the Landlord may have to deal with before, during and after the Tenancy has expired. Examples of these may be (but not limited to), creating a legal Tenancy Agreement or Guarantor Contract, notifying the Tenant of late rent procedures or even serving an official Notice on a Tenant to gain possession of a property during a ‘fixed term’ or ‘periodic’ Tenancy Agreement.
We have the skills and experience to help Landlords with these legal services and are able to provide support in creating Agreements and serving Notices. We can either offer Landlords with the documents required as a template download or our Landlord Team will be able to create the Agreement or Notice on your behalf – both at very competitive prices.
Here is a list of the legal services that we can help Landlords with.
All prices include vat.
The Tenant's deposit (6 weeks rent) is requested and registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme and we will issue the legal prescribed information.
A UK address is provided for Landlords that are Non-Resident outside of the UK. This is an annual service fee and includes forwarding official post.
