Professional, sensible, friendly, non-smoking couple seeking 1+ bedroom accomodation. Must be close to train station (Bromley South, Shortlands, Beckenham Junction etc) for transport links to London - max 30 min walk.

Must also have parking space for 2 cars. Will consider space for 1 car provided there is room on street/permit parking for 2nd vehicle.

Prefer unfurnished, will consider part/f if furniture negotiable. Purpose built or conversion. We are not overly fussy provided the accomodation is in good decorative order.

We do not have a dog or cat, but do have a Bearded Dragon in a secure, locked vivarium.

Available to move from 1st October onwards. Available immediately for viewings/deposit.
