Property Management  - How much does it cost?

We offer a tiered property management price structure that you will find hard to beat on the High Street and it is based on the value of rent achieved:

RENT BANDING
 MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE
Rent less than  £1,000pcm
8.5% + Vat*
Rent between  £1,001 -  £1,500pcm  7% + Vat
Rent between  £1,501 -  £2,000pcm
5.5% + Vat
Rent more than  £2,000pcm  5% + Vat

*Subject to a  £60 + vat minimum monthly charge

We charge an initial set up fee of £189 + vat which includes the advertising on all 16 UK portals and the initial property inspection plus 2 accompanied viewings.
