About Us

What makes us unique?

Lettingaproperty.com is an online letting website dedicated entirely to the UK rental market. Our aim is to provide a one-stop-rental-shop for Landlords and Tenants through our informative, easy to use, online marketing and search solution.

Advertising Property to Rent Just Got Easier

Our objective is simple, we aim to:

  1. Reduce traditional advertising costs for all Landlords which we are able to achieve without the need for expensive high street offices
  2. Provide the ultimate lettings website for Landlords to market their property to a wider audience.
  3. Increase Tenants choice of rental property across the UK showing landlord and letting agent properties

How do I get my properties listed

Landlords – To advertise your property to let, create a landlord account, complete the property details, upload the photographs and then checkout. We will contact you once your property has been submitted for review. If all is ok, the property will be published and we will wait to receive enquiries from prospective tenants. Any telephone or email enquiries will be received at our offices and we will contact you to discuss the tenants details.

Letting Agents - It’s easy, if you would like your properties to be shown on our website, complete our agent application form and we will contact you to arrange the upload of your property data. In the meantime, we hope you all enjoy the site and we look forward to hearing any feedback to help us to improve our service to you.
