The Awards aim to recognise and reward excellence and contribute to raising standards in the private rented sector.
Hundreds of entries were received for the Landlord & Buy-to-Let Awards and we are informed that the judges had a tough time whittling down the entries to a shortlist for each of the 15 categories.
Magazine editor and lead judge for the Awards, Oliver Romain, commented: “We have been astounded by the number of entries received. It just goes to show what we have always said: there are some very high standards amongst private rented sector professionals and a great desire to succeed”.
The judges would like to thank everyone who entered the Awards.
Ian Potter, operations director at ARLA commented: “I was delighted to see such a strong response in some categories which does make the task of judging more difficult. However it does ensure that the eventual winner is worthy of the accolade.”
Winners will be announced at a gala dinner at Birmingham NEC on Friday 16 October, hosted by landlord and TV presenter Konnie Huq.
