1. Does the policy provide cover for malicious damage by tenants? Yes, all of our scheme policies provide this cover as standard
2. Is it possible to increase policy excesses in return for a premium discount? Yes. There are various discounts available for increased policy excesses. Our dedicated landlords team will advise you on your options.   
3. Do you have products that cover students & Housing Benefit Tenants? Yes. We have a number of insurers who provide cover this type of tenant.  Again, our landlords team will be happy to advise you on the products available.  
4. Will insurers restrict cover during periods of un-occupancy between lets? Our schemes allow up to 90 days' cover between tenants and void periods subject to certain precautions. Cover is not usually restricted during this period.
5. A substantial fire occurs at my property. Would my rental income be protected whilst the property is being refurbished?  Loss of rent cover for up to 12 months to a maximum of 30% of the building sum insured, following insured damage to the property.
