Fantastic Service

I cannot speak too highly of this letting company. The service was fast, efficient and very effective - after only a few days on line I was presented with two viewers, both of whom were very suitable tenants and resulted in a successful tenancy.

I had previously tried another High Street letting agent for 3 months without any success and was particularly pleased with the courteous service and the speed and efficiency of lettingaproperty.com.

I chose the Platinum Marketing package which is very good value for money, and the whole process was seamless with every detail taken care of, including all references, licence agreements drawn up, deposit guarantee scheme set up and rental payments paid timeously. I would particularly commend both Jonathan and Matthew for their help and assistance which was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept me informed every step of the way, and even helped me set up the advert by uploading photos etc.

I have another property which I let out and will definitely use lettingaproperty.com again.
